      介绍了巨型计算机热设计技术现状和发展趋势。强迫空气冷却是当前巨型机主流冷却技术,但随着器件表面功率密度和系统体积功率密度的不断提高,需要研究和应用更加高效的冷却手段。为应对未来十年巨型机热设计所面临的挑战,文章讨论了几种可行冷却技术以及其今后的努力方向。
英文摘要:
      The state-of-art and development trend of thermal design technology for supercomputer are introduced in this paper. Forced air cooling is the main method used for current supercomputer cooling, but with the constantly increasing surface heat flux of chip and bulk heat flux of system, more effective cooling method must be studied and applied. To face the challenge in the thermal design for supercomputer in next ten years, several practical cooling technologies and their prospect are discussed.
