      文中以提升某俯仰天线座力学性能和支撑刚度为主要目标,考虑天线阵不同的工作角度,以天线座重量不增加、安装接口尺寸不变为前提,对天线座进行多目标结构优化。通过建立含天线座支臂、底座、齿轮副、轴承以及天线阵的拓扑优化模型,计入重力、偏心力矩、惯性载荷、风载荷等负载,以各工况下的加权应变能及低阶固有频率为优化目标开展拓扑优化。根据拓扑优化结果改进天线座支撑结构,进行优化前后对比分析,结果表明,给定重量和尺寸约束下的俯仰天线座力学性能得到提升。该优化方法在天线座及类似产品的结构优化方面具有一定的工程意义。

      This paper aims primarily to enhance the mechanical properties and support stiffness of an elevation antenna pedestal. Taking into account the different operating angles of the antenna array, and under the premise of not increasing the weight of the antenna pedestal and maintaining the same installation interface dimensions, a multi-objective structural optimization of the pedestal is conducted. By establishing a topology optimization model that includes the antenna pedestal’s support arms, base, gear pairs, bearings and the antenna array, and incorporating loads such as gravity, eccentric moment, inertial loads and wind loads, a topology optimization is conducted with the weighted strain energy and low-order natural frequencies under various operating conditions as the optimization objectives. Based on the topology optimization results, the support structure of the antenna pedestal is improved, and a comparative analysis before and after optimization is conducted. The results show that the mechanical properties of the elevation antenna pedestal has been enhanced under the given constraints of weight and interface dimensions. This optimization method has some engineering value for the structure optimization of antenna pedestal or similar products.
