      囊体束缚装置用于在充气阶段固定高空气球囊体,是决定高空气球能否成功应用的关键所在。文中基于囊体束缚装置的功能需求,分析了现有囊体束缚方案的不足,提出了囊体束缚装置设计的原则。针对4 000 m3 高空气球的发放使用要求,文中对囊体束缚装置的各个关键部件进行了具体设计,引入气承膜结构分析方法对囊体束缚装置的工作原理进行了阐述,并对束缚装置进行了建模仿真分析和实物试验验证。试验结果表明:该囊体束缚装置可实现囊体可靠固定,表现出良好的载荷自适应能力。

      The envelope restraint device is used to fix high altitude balloon during inflation stage, which is the key to determine the successful application of high-altitude balloon. In this paper, based on the function requirements of the restraint device, the defects of the existing restraint scheme are analyzed, and the design principles of the device are proposed. In accordance with the deployment requirements for a 4 000 m3 high-altitude balloon, specific designs have been made for each key component of the envelope restraint device. The working principle of the envelope restraint device is explained by introducing the pneumatic membrane structure analysis method. Modeling and simulation analysis of the envelope restraint device have been conducted, and physical experiments have been carried out for verification. The experimental results show that the envelope restraint device can achieve reliable fixation of the envelope and demonstrate good load adaptation ability.
